The Appearance shows an advertising agency at the moment it is advertising its own product, and thus repeats a theater play, since the work of the advertisers conflates with the production of this work. For this presentation, not only the resources are revealed but also the resources for representing the advertising resources. If trusting concentration on the smallest detail evokes a metaphysical con-trick, in fact an ambiguity starts to tremble. (Harun Farocki)
