Fraser’s contribution consists of a contract printed in black and white on white paper, which is to be filled in by the respective buyer. Reflecting the artist’s agenda of institutional critique, the work reenacts all the transactions involved in producing the edition, specifically her print, and thus raises the question of who will profit from the edition – young collectors, as intended by the editor, or the art trade.
